Glory, to the Light of the World

On a quiet night, beneath the stars, the Light of the World stepped into our darkness. Not with spectacle or praise, but with humility, grace, and love so radiant… it still reaches to our weary hearts today.

At Christmas, we remember that His glory is not distant, but near. It shines the light of truth right through the darkness, and brings HOPE into the places we often overlook.

So as you celebrate Christmas, take a moment to pause and lift up your eyes. May you see His glory reflected in the morning light, the candles you light in church tonight, and the stars in the sky as you sleep this night.

The Light did not come to overwhelm us, but to bring the JOY of His salvation to all who believe.

May His Light fill you with peace, hope, and awe as you remember the simpler miracle of Emmanuel, which means: “God with us.”
